panicstricken: It’s been 3 or 4 months since I cut meat out of my diet - people who were formerly vegan/vegetarian have told me it’s not worth it but for me it is. I’ve lost a stone, found loads of cool stuff to cook and I feel better in myself for not eating it. I do miss bacon, however, I can deal with Quorn weird rasher things. Probably the best thing you could have done for yourself.
